ENERGY HEALING SESSION
Deeply relaxing & empowering
In this in person session, we will use gentle healing modalities such as Reiki and Chakra Balancing to bring you into alignment on an emotional, physical, and mental level. This is a great treatment if you are feeling stuck, dealing with stress or anxiety, having trouble sleeping, grieving, looking for empowerment, etc… You will lay on a heated, comfy massage table & remain clothed, while I channel Energy from source to where is needed for you at this time. I will do a series of hand positions gently on or over the body. Includes body and aura scanning, smoke/ mist cleansing, chakra balancing, pendulum dowsing, crystal healing, & sound healing. I may receive intuitive guidance to share with you at the end of the session. We end the session with an oracle card pull.

DISTANCE REIKI HEALING
Energy Transcends Space and Time
Get all the benefits of an in person healing session, but from the comfort of your home! Energy transcends space and time, and can be sent to you remotely no matter where you are in the world, and to the past, present, or future. All you need is a private, comfy space where you can lay down and relax and receive the healing. If you have relaxing music or candles to set your space I encourage it.
I offer 2 options for remote healing:
1- Virtual healing session- we will meet on Facetime or other video hangout and the session is done live. This is closest to an in person session. I will be guiding you throughout the session through some meditation and breathing. I recommend head phones for this session. You can close your eyes and listen or watch the video if you find that relaxing.
2- Quiet distance healing session- In this session we will meet on camera or by phone to discuss your needs and intentions. Then we will hang up, I will do the session for you and then we meet by phone again after the hour to discuss what came through. If you prefer silence and feel more relaxed alone this is a better option for you.
Both session types are effective and it is just about your preference. At the end of each session I do a mini oracle reading for you, and send you a photo of the card and crystal placements.

A healing session in video format created just for you. I put a generous amount of love and intention into creating these deeply relaxing visuals, guided meditation, intuitive guidance, sound healing, & music created just for you. We will meet on Facetime/Zoom to discuss your needs and intentions. Are you stressed? Anxious or depressed? Going through a break up? at a cross-roads? Having trouble sleeping? Whatever it is, I will send you distance Reiki healing + create a healing session for you that you can tune into as often as needed. The digital download is yours for life. The music, visuals, and guided healing are designed specifically for you and your needs. It may take 1-2 weeks from our initial discussion to receive the video.
